Join an instructor from Club Pilates Troy for a refreshing monthly mat class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize your body using simple yet powerful Pilates movements. All levels are welcome-no experience needed, just bring yourself and a mat! Children must be accompanied by an adult. All participants must register.
