Thursday, Oct. 22, 5-8 pm Pre-Registration Required: Admission is free, but advance registration through Eventbrite is required. Registration information will be posted on the Troy Police Department Facebook page approximately one month before the event. What to Expect This free, family-friendly event provides a safe and festive way for children to enjoy Halloween while meeting the first responders who serve our community. Guests must register through Eventbrite. Please ONLY register kids that will be trick-or-treating. NO need to register parents, grandparents or other accompanying adults. This will prevent the time slots from filling up with "extra" people.
