In celebration of the New Year, Troy City Hall, Troy Public Library, and Troy Recreation Admin will be closed on Thursday & Friday, Dec. 31 & Jan. 1. Building Closures Include: City Hall – Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 Troy Public Library – Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 Troy Recreation Admin - Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 All City facilities will be closed with the exception 24/7 emergency services.
