In celebration of the holiday season, Troy City Hall, Troy Public Library, and Troy Community Center will be closed on Thursday & Friday, Dec. 24 & 25. Building Closures Include: City Hall – Dec. 24 & 25 Troy Public Library – Dec. 24 & 25 Troy Community Center - Dec. 24 & 25 All City facilities will be closed with the exception 24/7 emergency services.
