In celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Troy Civic Center Campus will be closed on Thursday & Friday, Nov. 26 & 27. Building Closures Include: City Hall - Nov. 26 & 27 Troy Public Library - Nov. 26-29 Troy Parks and Recreation - Nov. 26 All City facilities will be closed with the exception 24/7 emergency services. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, Dec. 1.
